Your privacy is among our top priorities, and therefore we do not collect any information from visitors to our website. Any information we do collect from you is treated in the strictest confidence. If you place an order with us any details you give us are considered private, and to this end we do not hold any customers details online (including credit card numbers). We do not sell, trade, or pass your details to any other party. The only way you will ever receive an e-mail from us is during the normal course of processing your order or if you have specifically joined one of our mailing lists.

We collect information from orders placed by customers, we collect the shipping and billing (if different) name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and if paying by credit card, the card number and expiry date. This information is treated in the strictest confidence and is not held online. We use this information to process and dispatch your order only.

Ordering

1. All initial orders will be Proforma and payment must be received prior to despatch.  For approved credit account customers are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice, orders will be released to despatch immediately if the account is within the terms.
2. All stock is firm sale.
3. The risk and responsibility of stock will pass to the customer at point of delivery.
4. The title of stock will pass to the customer once payment is received.
5. Returns of stock and equipment will be at the cost of the customer.
6. All display equipment is supplied on loan and remains the property of Impact Rock Merchandise.  IRM retains the right to recover the display equipment on loan as per the Display Loan Agreement if these terms are conditions are breached.

 Payment Terms: The customer must, within 30 days from the date of invoice received pay the total amount set out in the invoice. If terms are not met than Impact Merch may;

1. Refuse to supply goods to the customer.
2. Alter the terms of payment to "PROFORMA"

Delivery Times:
Your order will usually be dispatched with 2-3 days, and delivery within Australia is normally within a further 2-3 days Australia Post, however unforeseen difficulties (such as items temporarily out of stock) may delay dispatch, so we ask that you please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Packaging and Damaged Deliveries

All items are sent in sturdy packaging which should ensure that you receive the items in perfect condition. Occasionally however, packages are damaged in transit. If you receive goods from us that have been damaged in transit you MUST inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Customers must return the damaged goods along with the original packaging by standard mail, the cost of which will be refunded by us. Please send to:

No replacements can be sent unless the complete item is returned. Please remember to include a note of your name and address in the package.

Our Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly accept a return for credit. If you wish to return goods you MUST inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please do not return goods without prior consent. When returning goods, please be sure to include a note of your name, address and brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s).
